The college has a team of highly qualified, young dynamic and dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff who endeavor not only to impart knowledge and skill to the students, but ensure that their life in college is meaningful and memorable.
The faculty of Dr.MGR Janaki College involve themselves in academic, extracurricular and co-curricular activities beyond college too, inspiring students to spread their wings and take part in a plethora of activities bringing laurels to the college.
A number of conferences, symposia and workshops are organized by the faculty which attract participation of students and scholars from different parts of the state.
The college maintains pleasant academic rapport with several other educational institutes in the state. Faculty from our institution are invited to share their expertise. The college has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with few institutions resulting in co-operative projects and assignments for mutual benefit. The academic atmosphere in the college is a rare blend of modern day technical skills and the traditional emphasis on imparting knowledge.
